Wednesday Tango Practicas
Michael Wisniewski provided the following update: Elizabeth Seyler (instructor Wednesdays at North End Studio) will only be 'in country' on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month so we need to keep the tango energy going. Several of us are committed to hosting Wednesday night practicas on a regular basis when she is not here. Besides my Hinesburg house, Janine will host some in Underhill with a wonderful wood floor and high ceilings and perhaps Dave and Carmen in Burlington. Simple food and socializing along with informal dancing. We know Hinesburg and Underhill are treks for some, but we will be there with the music flowing, and even small gatherings can be wonderful. We are trying to get a more definitive schedule together, but the first one, on Wednesday July 14, is described below.

Wednesday, July 14, “Pasta Practica” at Michael Wisniewski’s house, 397 Drinkwater Road, Hinesburg. 7-10 pm. Arrive around 7 for drinks and snacks, pasta at 7:30 and practica from 8 until......... Each time it is at my house I will make a big bowl of simple, veggie-friendly pasta and have some drinks. Bring some simple appetizer or drink if you can. This week I'll feature some new Gotan Project and Otros Aires neotango along with the usual suspects. Ideally, RSVP me - michaelw@gmavt.net - so I have an idea of how much pasta to make, but it is totally OK, and even encouraged, to just show up! Questions?  802 482.3021 (home); 802 598.0246 (cell)
