Sergio Segura Workshops

Sergio Segura, Director of NYC Tango, will return to Queen City Tango! 

Sergio will teach two workshops for dancers with experience.

The fee is $30 for each workshop or $55 if both are taken and includes admission to the guided practice.  The fee for taking only the guided practice is $15.

1:00 pm:  Close Embrace:  Building the Quadruped

Learn how to dance in a compact way by understanding shared axis possibilities, focusing on connection over fancy steps.

2:00 pm:  Pattern with Application in Vals and Tango Rhythms

You will learn two cross-system sequences, with a focus on adapting them to the dynamics of Tango and Vals music.

3:00 pm:  Guided Practice.
